The Lincoln MKS takes on a batch of luxury big-hitters with V8 motors in the "Showdown at Loveland Pass".
The MKS and its twin turbo-charged V6 Ecoboost engine challenged four other luxury cars in a bid to see just how competitive its little motor is to the V8-powered vehicles of others. The challenge occured on August 25, 2009, and is described on the website 6versus8.com and a special is airing on the Speed Channel on October 12, 2009 at 9:30pm (check your local listings to verify). Set your DVRs and let's see if the MKS lived up to Ford's hype or if it fell flat on its little sixer.
